One:One Coaching Sessions with Gina

 Whether I am teaching Mindfulness or holding space for deep inner work, the most important thing I bring is my presence and attunement. I strive to create a safe space for people to be themselves, to help untangle things that are blocking them from connecting to themselves and others. My approach is honest, kind, encouraging and playful.

I show up authentically so that others can feel liberated to do the same. Everyone has the possibility for hope, resilience and liberation whether they are suffering from addictive behaviours, grief and loss, negative body and self esteem issues and the myriad of pain that can be part of a life.

I use the modalities of Compassionate Inquiry, Hakomi Method paired with psycho-education and Mindfulness tools when guiding clients.

 We can unveil the level of consciousness, mental climate, hidden assumptions, implicit memories, feeling tones and body states that form the real message that words both express and conceal.

We’ll uncover, discover and discard together and clear a path back to the person you were born as.
