These 30-minute embodied mindfulness meditation sessions will leave you feeling connected, refreshed and grounded. Deep awareness of the body, the nature of the mind and the feeling tone of the heart are cultivated in a friendly space with me 🙂
Beginning meditators and seasoned sitters are all welcome!
We will close with an optional Q&A for 15 minutes to build community.
The schedule shifts between Saturday & Sundays for 2022. 6 weeks of Saturdays-1 week off-then 4 weeks of Sunday. And repeat!
