Lyn Sakari and I shared a wonderful two evenings with Early Childhood Educators this past week through West Coast Child Care Resource Centre. Thanks for your ongoing support! This time we taught Mindful Creativity: Allowing Mindfulness To Guide Creative Play.

There is always a lot of wisdom that comes from the dedicated Educators that come to our classes. I am left feeling grateful and inspired knowing that thousands of young children are in good and caring hands with these folks!

May we remember that creativity is a process and a way to connect with ourselves and that being human is the same.
